(1)Applicant qualifications：People, Juridical persons, companies or groups who want to put on public welfare, recreation activity or art performance.
(2)Application deadline: According to the 十一份辦公區場地使用管理要點, the applicant should send the application to WRANB Secretariat 7 days before the scheduled date of use. But people who use the large lawn for general recreation activities do not need to send the application.
(3)Application way: The government agency or school should send an official document to WRANB, and the other applicants should send the application and related documents to WRANB. The applicant can use the large lawn after WRANB approve the application.
